Sun Valley Eye Care has been in operation since December 2005. Drs. Chantelle Clarizio and Loc Pham have been practicing in Arizona for over 10 years each. We both graduated with a degree from a University of California school in the health sciences. (Dr. Clarizio at UC Riverside, Dr. Pham at UC Irvine) We furthered that education by receiving a doctorate degree from the Southern California College of Optometry in 1998.

Our vision was a simple one. We wanted to be able to work in our own environment not pressured by outside interests. Our desire is to listen and understand your case before we implement a plan of action. You have a right to understand your healthcare needs and illnesses and we will explain them in a manner that it is easy to understand.

We only schedule appointments every 30-60 minutes. We cannot do an exam in 10 minutes and applaud those who can.

Our methods to measuring your Rx is meticulous. Like a carpenter who measures twice, but only cuts once; we like to follow the same creed. We analyze your current Rx, take new measurements, and evaluate the results to see if a change is warranted.

We will evaluate the health of your eyes and discuss management strategies that will help protect/preserve it's integrity for years to come.

We welcome all new patients. Our best source of new patients is always from referrals.

We are local residents of the community and always try to support local businesses and keep tax dollars within our city. By doing this, we can all help keeps jobs secure and local.
