Insurance

We currently accept the following plans:

Well Vision Plans  (refractions, glasses, contact lenses)

VSP, EyeMed, Humana/Comp Benefits, Davis Vision, SightCare, Spectera/Optum Health, United Healthcare, BC/BS of AZ, Great-West, Tri-Care, AHCCCS (AP/IPA), Superior Vision , Always Vision

Medical Insurance (eye/health conditions that require treatment and/or management such as: dry eyes, cataracts, glaucoma, diabetes, high risk medications, pink eye, allergies, macular degeneration, contact lens acute red eye, etc)

BC/BS, United Healthcare, Aetna , Cigna PPO/Open Access, Medicare,

We will ask you to provide us with insurance information before you come in so that we can provide better service to you.  We ask for both well vision and medical insurance information so that we can bill the appropriate plan as well as coordinate proper medical care in the event that your case is more complex.

Participation with vision plans/ medical insurance may change periodically.  We offer a time of service discount for those who do not have any well vision/ medical plan coverage or if we are out of your network.  Please call our office for more information.
